Many times, Outlook users wonder why they’re not getting emails on Outlook. Before we talk about fixing the issue of Outlook 365 not receiving emails, let’s quickly explore what might have caused this problem in the first place.

Possible reasons could include:

  • Issues with your computer’s network connection.
  • A system component, like a firewall, blocking incoming mail.
  • Emails being mistakenly stored in the spam folder instead of the main inbox.
  • Your email account not being properly synced with Outlook.
  • Incorrect account credentials or configuration details.
  • Outlook’s server being down or the email client being unavailable.
  • Problems caused by an Outlook plugin.
