Twitter CEO Elon Musk announced on Sunday that the microblogging network was working on an update that will include a slew of new capabilities. Later this month, the billionaire stated, the business will release a new upgrade allowing users to respond to individual direct messages (DM) using any reaction emoji and encryption on the site.
