Twitter Employee Who Slept On The Office Floor And Worked Relentlessly For The Firm Has Been Sacked By Twitter’s CEO

Twitter has launched another wave of Twitter layoffs, and Esther Crawford, a product manager at the firm, is among those affected. According to rumors, Esther was one of the few remaining members of Twitter’s product team after Elon Musk’s formal takeover in late October 2022.
Esther previously became famous after a photo of her sleeping in the Twitter office to achieve a deadline went viral. The viral snapshot exemplified Musk’s “very tough” work ethic for Twitter employees. The new owner desired that staff work “long hours at great intensity” to create Twitter 2.0. According to reports, Musk is “ready to institute a new regime at the corporation.”

Meanwhile, Esther has issued a cryptic tweet announcing her abrupt resignation from the social media company. “The worst inference you could get from witnessing me go all-in on Twitter 2.0 is that my optimism or hard work was a mistake,” the tweet says. Those who jeer and mock must remain on the sidelines rather than in the arena. I’m incredibly proud of the crew for persevering in the face of so much noise and confusion”. The tweet stated.

Twitter laid off half of its employees at first, and others quit after Musk’s email. According to sources, the Twitter employment has dropped by more than 70%, from an estimated 7,500 when Musk took over to less than 2,000 today. The recent Twitter ayoffs are the fourth since Twitter CEO Evan Williams vowed no further layoffs in November of last year.
