WhatsApp Beta Version Now Allows Users to Send Video Messages in Major Update

WhatsApp has introduced a new feature that allows users to send video messages. This feature is currently only available in the beta version of WhatsApp for iOS and Android. However, it is expected to be released in the stable version soon. To use this feature, users can simply tap on the video icon that replaces the microphone icon in the chat window and record their message. This new feature is similar to sending an audio message, but now users can send video messages as well.

How to Send Video Messages on WhatsApp

To send a video message on WhatsApp, follow these steps:

  • First, open the app and go to any chat.
  • Then, tap on the microphone or video camera icon to the right of the typing bar.
  • You can now record your video message and send it to anyone.

WhatsApp’s new video message feature will keep all messages private and secure with end-to-end encryption. This means that no one will be able to see your messages. Additionally, WhatsApp will prevent users from forwarding video messages, but people can still record the video using a separate device. The video message feature is useful for quickly recording and sharing a video, similar to sending a quick audio message. However, the duration of the video message and the editing features that will be available are not yet known.
