WhatsApp Channel Alerts Coming for Android Users

WhatsApp is getting ready to release some cool new features for Android users. One of the features is called Channel Alerts, which will provide real-time updates to users about their channels. This will help channel administrators stay informed about any issues and violations of WhatsApp’s policies. They can also ask WhatsApp to review their channel suspension through the Channel Alerts screen.

Other Upcoming Updates

Hidden Navigation Labels

Another feature that will be introduced is the ability to hide navigation labels and the top bar when scrolling through the app. This will give users a bigger view of their chats, call logs, group chats, and channels, making it easier to navigate.

Search Messages by Date

Additionally, WhatsApp will allow users to search for messages by date. This will make it more convenient to find specific messages in their chat history without having to scroll through everything.

Integrating with Instagram

WhatsApp is also planning to integrate with Instagram. Users will soon be able to share their WhatsApp status updates directly as Stories on Instagram. This will save users time and make it easier to share updates with their Instagram followers.

Vanishing Voice Messages

Similar to the “View Once” option for photos and videos, WhatsApp is introducing vanishing voice messages. Users will be able to send audio notes that can only be listened to once before they disappear, enhancing the privacy of their messages.
